摘要
大学生就业问题是涉及社会、学校和大学生自身等许多方面的热点和难点问题,在就业形势日益严峻的形势下,深入地了解和研究大学生就业过程的相关问题,并试图提出解决的策略,对于更好地做好大学生就业指导和服务工作,促进其顺利就业具有重要的现实意义。
College graduate employment is a hot and tough issue concerning society, school and students themselves. At present, the prospect for college graduate employment is grim. Therefore, it is of important practical significance to have an in-depth study on the procedure of college graduate employment, put forward relevant solution, and to provide college graduates with better guidance and other service.
