摘要
介绍了应用量化考评管理办法在护理人员教育与管理中的应用与效果。作者从医学科学的发展和临床护理工作的需要出发,注重对护理人员的德、智、技能与理论知识的全面培养,采取科学立项、三级控制、客观评分、量化考评、环节把关和奖惩到位的做法进行教育与管理,使之在全院形成了积极向上的竞争氛围,加强了护理人员的科学管理,提高了护理队伍的整体素质。
The use and effect of the quantified evaluation in the education and administration of nursing staff were introduced.Proceeding from the development of the medical science and the need of the clinical nursing work,author paid attention to the all round training of the attitude,knowledge;skill and theoretical knowledge on nursing staff.The education and administration were taken by selection scientific setting,controlling in three grade,marking objectivel evaluation,examining quantitatively,checking at all links and cashing rewards and punishments.As a result,the competitive atmosphere of the active urge for improvement emerges in whole hospital,the scientific administration of nursing staff is strengthened,and the whole quality of nursing staff is enhanced.
