摘要
急性肺损伤时,中性粒细胞是造成过度性、失控性炎症反应的主要因素。中性粒细胞凋亡异常引起的功能和数量上的改变,可能是参与过度炎症反应的重要机制之一。中性粒细胞凋亡涉及到多基因、多因素的综合作用。深入了解ALI时PMN凋亡的规律及调控机制,不仅有助于进一步阐明ALI发病机制,而且可能为治疗ALI提供新的思路和手段。
Polymorphonuclear leukocyte(PMN) plays an important role in excessive and uncontrolled inflammatory response for acute lung injury (ALI) patients. The changes of function and number of PMN because of the abnormality in PMN apoptosis may be one of the important mechanisms for over - reactive inflammatory response. PMN apoptosis is a complicated process, which is related to the control of genes, cytokines and other factors. Comprehending the laws of PMN apoptosis in ALI not only help to elucidate the pathogenesis of ALI but also help to provide new idea and means for treating ALI.
