摘要
通过改变常规型抽油机四杆机构的杆长比来实现对游梁式抽油机的节能改造,运用Pro/E进行实体建模,引入虚拟样机技术ADAMS进行结构参数、运动学和动力学的计算。通过仿真对比分析,得出改造型抽油机具有比较好的节能效果。
By changing the length of the four-rod mechanism to achieve energy-saving of beam-pumping unit,model is built by Pro/E.The composition parameter,motion and dynamic force parameter are calculated by ADAMS.By simulated compare analysis shows that the energy-saving effect of the improved pumping units is obvious.
