摘要
通过对公共图书馆馆员培训教育现状的调查,分析了图书馆全员培训教育必要性,提出了全员培训教育的内容、方法和途径。
Through the investigation of the current situation of public library librarian training the education, this paper has analyzed the necessity of comprehensive librarian training and education, and put forward the content, methodology and means for comprehensive librarian training and education.
