摘要
目的：为探索修复晚期周围神经损伤伴缺损的新方法，以期简化操作步骤、减轻患者痛苦、提高手术疗效。方法：在实验研究的基础上，选择陈旧性尺神经损伤、缺损在３ｃｍ以上，不能直接行端对端吻合的患者，采用远侧断端与未损伤的正中神经行端侧吻合，正中神经外膜开窗。结果：术后进行１４个月的随访，对患者的感觉与运动功能作全面评价，２例尺神经支配区的感觉与运动功能已恢复，手部功能接近正常。结论：神经端侧吻合是有理论基础和实验研究为依据的，２例的效果优良。这是一种修复陈旧性周围神经损伤的崭新术式，虽是临床初试，但操作易、疗效佳。
Objective:It's going to find an operative method with excellent therapeutic effect and simple technique to repair the defect of peripheral nerve Methods:Based on the experimental studies,the distal stump of transected ulnar nerve was attached to the uninjured median nerve in an end to side fashion in the repairment of a defect over three centimeters which can not be anastomosed directly Results:Post operative examination including sensory evaluation and assessment of muscle contraction force was carried out for 14 months The repaired ulnar nerve had excellent sensory and motor recovery and got the function like a normal hand Conclusions:This is a new operative procedure for repairing the ulnar defect It has excellent effect with little operating difficulty Clinically,there is a bright prospect in repairment of peripheral nerve defect
