浏阳烟区不同年份烤烟主要化学成分的变异分析 被引量:6

摘要 对不同年份浏阳烟叶的主要化学成分进行了分析。结果表明:(1)浏阳烟叶主要化学成分均存在较大的变异。烟碱的变异系数最大为41.47%,较不稳定;蛋白质的变异系数最小为6.06%,比较稳定。(2)浏阳烟叶的总糖、还原糖、烟碱、蛋白质、钾、氯、糖碱比和钾氯比的年度间差异均不显著,说明浏阳烟叶内在化学成分年度间较稳定。浏阳烟叶的总氮和氮碱比年度间的差异显著,年度间变化较大。(3)浏阳烟叶钾氯比适宜,总糖含量较高,但上部烟叶烟碱含量偏高、糖碱比和氮碱比较低。因此,控制上部叶烟碱含量,协调糖碱比和氮碱比是今后浏阳烟叶品质改良的主攻方向。 This paper analyzed the chemical components of flue-cured tobacco in different years in Liuyang area of Hunan Province. The results showed that there existed extensive variation among the chemical components in flue-cured tobacco of Liuyang. The coefficient of variation of nicotine (41.47%) was the largest and the smallest coefficient of variation was 6. 06% of protein. The difference of total sugar, reducing sugar, nicotine, protein, potassium, chlorine, ratio of total sugar to nicotine and the ratio of potassium to chlorine among years were not significant at 5% level, suggesting that these chemical components were more stable in different years. The difference of total nitrogen and ratio of total nitrogen to nicotine were significant at 5 % level. The change of total nitrogen and ratio of total nitrogen to nicotine was large among years. There were features of Liuyang flue-cured tobacco leaves, in which the ratio of potassium to chlorine always was in optimum range and the content of total sugar was kept with higher level. However, the content of nicotine was higher and was lower for the ratio of total sugar to nicotine and the ratio of total nitrogen to nicotine in the upper leaves. Therefore, the next direction to develop quality of Liuyang flue-cured tobacco is to control the content of nicotine in upper leaves, and to harmonize ratio of total sugar to nicotine and the ratio of total nitrogen to nicotine.
