农村人力资本投资状况,直接影响农民的文化知识、技术能力等方面的提高,而农民的综合素质的高低,直接影响到新农村建设的质量和速度的快慢。江西农村人力资本投资有自身的特点,要快速进行江西的新农村建设,就必须造就千百万新农村建设的新型农民,建立长效的人力资本投资机制、体制,为新农村建设提供智力支持、健康存量和法律保障。
The status quo of rural manpower capital investment has direct influence on farmers＇ improvement of cultural knowledge and technical ability. What＇s more, the farmers＇ comprehensive quality has direct influence on the quality and speed of construction of new countryside. The rural manpower capital investment in Jiangxi has it own characteristics. To quicken the construction of new countryside of Jiangxi, we must train millions of new farmers for the construction of new countryside, establish the long - term manpower capital investment mechanism and system to provide intelligence support, healthy stock and legal guarantee for the construction of new countryside.
