心肺脑复苏动物模型的评价 被引量:9

摘要 心肺脑复苏(CPCR)是一个复杂的病理生理过程,目前临床存活率较低。虽然近年来很多学者开始利用计算机数据模型、细胞培养模型和孤立器官模型等对CPCR进行研究和验证,但是设计完整的动物实验依旧是临床试验的重要依据;建立成功的动物模型,是深入研究心肺脑复苏的发病机制及治疗的重要手段。但是模型建立的动物种类众多,方法及原理各不相同,本文就心肺脑复苏动物模型的动物选择及实验方法予以综合评价,
