Activity of Thiobacillus in Recycle Chromium in Tannery Sludge by Biological Method

摘要 对使用硫杆菌生物沥滤法分离回收制革污泥中重金属铬时,影响硫杆菌活性的因素进行了研究。考察了驯化污泥中制革干污泥添加量、添加方式、添加时驯化污泥的pH,以及基质硫的添加量等因素对硫杆菌活性的影响。并通过正交试验确定了使硫杆菌最大增殖的最佳条件及影响因素。 The influential factors of the Thiobacillus in isolating and recycling chromium in tannery sludge by bioleaching method was discussed, and some factors such as the amount and the way of adding of the dry tannery sludge, the pH value of the acclimation sludge and the additional amount of Sulfur discussed also. The best condition and effecting factors to make the Thioba- cillus greatest multiplication by using orthogonal experimentwas were confirmed.
