摘要
介绍了特大型球墨铸铁磨盘的研制过程,详细阐述了其分型面、浇注系统、浇注温度、冷铁、工艺参数等的选择与设定,并给出了磨盘铸件的化学成分控制范围及球化孕育处理方法。采用底注式浇注系统,并使用高刚度砂箱,提高铸型刚度,利用球墨铸铁石墨化膨胀进行自补缩,试制铸件进行各项检测结果,质量全面达到客户要求。
The development process of a superlarge-sized nodular cast iron ore grinder was introduced. The selection of its parting line, pouring system, chilis, pouring temperature and other process parameters, the control range of chemical composition, nodularizing process and inoculating treating process were described in detail. Bottom gating system was adopted, and high rigid molding box was used to increase the mold rigidity that is favorable to utilize the graphitization expansion to compensate the shrinkage. All items of inspection was conducted to the trial casting and the result showed that quality of the casting fully met requirements of the client.
