摘要
通过对D113-III树脂吸附磷脂酰胆碱动力学研究表明,树脂吸附磷脂酰胆碱的过程可以用未反应核收缩模型来描述,磷脂酰胆碱通过树脂吸附层的扩散(内扩散)为速率控制步骤。D113-III树脂吸附磷脂酰胆碱实验数据与Langmiur方程能够很好地拟合,相关系数均在0.99以上,通过对吸附热力学参数计算表明,该树脂吸附磷脂酰胆碱过程为吸附放热反应。
Adsorption dynamics research of PC(phosphatidylcholine) on D113-III indicated that adsorption process could be described with shrinking unreacted core model.The adsorption rate of PC is governed by intra-particle diffusion.The adsorption isotherm of PC on D113-III could be described with the equation of Langmuir,and the correlation coefficients are above 0.99.The adsorption reaction of this process is an exothermic reaction.
