摘要
厨余垃圾已经成为当今世界面临的一大难题,如何让厨余垃圾变废为宝成为科学研究的重要课题。研究表明,厨余垃圾中含有营养丰富的可再生利用的有机物,因此科学回收其中的有机物成为绿色科学研究的重点。本文的目的就是通过建立基于PLC的厨余垃圾处理设备的控制系统,建立利用离心和加水的方法,使厨余垃圾中的固体有机物和油水进行分离的厨余垃圾设备,实现科学的、绿色的厨余有机物回收。
Kitchen waste has become one of the most urgent problems worldwide.How to make use of the kitchen waste is an important project in the field of science research.The studies indicate that the kitchen waste contains amounts of renewable organic compounds rich in nutrition.The efficient recycle of the organic compounds is the key point of green science research.This paper deposed the idea of separating the organic compounds from the kitchen waste,found the method of centrifugal forces using and water putting,and then designed the kitchen waste disposal equipment based on PLC,the scientific and green kitchen waste recycle is realized.
