摘要
采用加压渗流铸造法成功地制备了最大外形尺寸为Φ100×100mm,孔隙尺寸为05~16mm,孔隙率为60%~80%,通孔率为85%~100%的多孔铝合金。扫描电镜观察表明:焙烧期间预制块颗粒形状由多角形变为圆角形,颗粒间的搭接面积增大且过渡平缓;制得的多孔金属的孔隙形状圆滑、互相连通,呈三维网状结构。吸声性能测试表明:多孔铝合金具有较大的吸声系数,其吸声系数随声波频率增加而增大,当声波频率为35kHz时达到最大值;多孔铝合金孔隙尺寸减小、孔隙率和厚度增大时,其吸声系数也增大。
Abstract Porous Alalloy was prepared successfully using pressurized infiltration casting,of which pore size is 05mm~16mm,its porosity is 60%~80%,and maximum size of the products is Φ100mm×100mm.With the help of SEM,it is found that the grain shape of the preform after calcining in a furnace changes from sharp to round and the touch area between two grains changes smoothly.The pore shape of porous metal is connected each other and possesses 3D network structure.The testing of sound absorbent property showed that the porous Alalloy has larger sound absorbent coefficient and the change of sound absorbent coefficient with sound frequency is the same,the sound frequency increases with the sound absorbent coefficient.In addition,increasing porosity rate of the porous Alalloy or decreasing pore size will increase the sound absorbent coefficient.when the sound frequency is 35kHz,the maximum of the sound absorbent coefficient is attained (the maximum is dependent on the pore size and the porosity rate).
