摘要
借助电子扫描显微镜、显微硬度计对钛与陶瓷材料高温反应后的形貌、反应层厚度进行分析测量,结果表明,Tic、ZrO2(Y2O3稳定)、ZrO2(CaO稳定)、MgO4种型壳面层陶瓷材料与高温钛液均有一定的反应,反应强度依次增加,但都可以作为钛合金熔模精铸型壳面层材料。
Abstract The morphology and the thickness of titanium-ceramic interface reaction layer at elevated temperature were observed and determined using SEM and microhardness device.The results showed that 4 kinds of face-coat refractory materials such as TiC,ZrO2(Y2O3-stabilized),ZrO2(CaO-stabilized)and MgO,react with liquid titanium at elevated temperature to some extent,the reaction intensity increases in order,but all the ceramic materials as mentioned in this paper can be used as face-coat refrcatory materials of shell moulds for investment casting of titanium and its alloys.
