摘要
介绍了以钛酸丁脂为前驱物,掺入或不掺入Fe2O3和Mn2O3,用溶胶-凝胶法在玻璃表面成功地制备出TiO2基薄膜。比较了不同含水量和催化剂量对溶液溶胶-凝胶转变性质的影响。简要地讨论了溶胶-凝胶过程中,水解和缩聚的化学机制,并用XRD谱、IR谱等方法研究了玻璃表面薄膜性能。
Using tetrabutylorthotitanate as precursors, titanate coatings with and without transition metal oxides on glass substrates have been prepared successfully by the sol-gel method. The transition behaviors of solutions with different amounts of water and catalyst are studied. The hydrolysys and polycondensation mechanism of the sol-gel transition are discussed briefly. The properties of coatings on glass surfacec were investigated by XRD and IR. The coating properties are strongly influenced by the conditions of sol preparation, the rate of hydrolysis and polycondensation processes, modifiers, catalyst and H_2O/Ti(OBu)_4 ratio, etc. It is found that the Ti ion in the TiO_2 film forms a chemical bond with the O ion in the glass. Thus the film adheres tightly to the glass substrate. By introducing transition metal oxides to the TiO_2 solution, the optical properties can be further improved.
