摘要
以棉花野生型及突变体Ligon lintless为试材,研究不同种类和浓度的植物生长物质对大田棉株及胚珠离体培养后,胚珠或愈伤组织中GA、IAA、ABA、ZR等含量的影响。结果表明:经F、IAA、GA、ABA、BR处理后,离体胚珠IAA、GA、ABA、ZR的含量均高于对照;突变体和野生型胚珠在0DPA和+1DPA时的发育情况无差异,第1批纤维均在0DPA起始,+3DPA时,野生型胚珠表面的纤维较突变体长,两者第2批纤维均在+5DPA时突起。
Taking the Ligon lintless mutant and the wild type of cotton as research material, effects of different types and concentrations of plant growth substances on the GA, IAA, ABA and ZR contents in ovule and callus of cotton plant in field or after in vitro culture of ovule were studied. Result showed that after the F, IAA, GA, ABA and BR treatments, the contents of IAA, GA, ABA and ZR in ovule in vitro were higher than those of control. There were no differences between the development status of mutant and wild-type ovule under ODPA and + 1DPA. The first batch of fibre initiated from ODPA.
