摘要
[目的]为藏雪莲抗缺氧机制的研究提供参考。[方法]将100只小白鼠随机分为高剂量组、中剂量组、低剂量组和对照组,连续24 d分别灌服不同剂量的藏雪莲水提取物和生理盐水,然后处死小白鼠快速采取肝、肺、心肌和骨骼肌,测定各组织内MDA含量。[结果]中、低剂量组的肝、各剂量组的心肌和骨骼肌中MDA含量显著低于对照组,差异极显著(P<0.01);高剂量组的肝中MDA含量低于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);对照组肺中MDA含量显著低于高剂量组,差异极显著(P<0.01)。[结论]藏雪莲能够降低小白鼠肝、心肌和骨骼肌中MDA含量。
[ Objective] The aim was to offer the references for the anti-hypoxia mechanism study in Tibetan saussurea. [ Method ] 100 mice were randomly divided into high dosage group, middle dosage group, low dosage group and the control group. Content of MDA in liver, lung, cardiac muscle and skeletal muscle were detected after oral administration of different doses Tibetan saussurea water extract for treatment groups and saline water for control group in 24 d respectively. [ Result] Content of MDA in liver of middle dosage group and low dosage group and in cardiac muscle and skeletal muscle of all treatment groups were significantly lower than that of control group (P 〈0.01 ). The content of MDA in liver of high dosage group were lower than that of control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). The content of MDA in lung of control group was significantly lower than that of high-dose group (P 〈0.01 ). [ Conclusion]The results showed that Tibetan saussurea water extract could reduce the content MDA in liver, cardiac muscle of mice.
