摘要
随着塔里木河流域人口的增长、投资规模的扩大,对水资源开发利用程度的不断加强,导致生态环境明显退化,本文拟从水权制度角度探讨水资源的配置方式,从而更好的服务南疆经济社会。
With the population growth of Tarim River valley, the expansion of investment, the strengthen of water resources development and utilization, there was obvious degradation of ecological environment. The allocation of water resources was discussed from the aspect of water right system, which could serve the economy and society in south Xinjiang better.
