摘要
目的设计合理的工作流程,规范门诊输液管理。方法运用流程管理的思维和方法,对门诊输液室工作流程进行再造。记录实施后半年内护理差错及缺陷的发生情况和患者满意度情况,并与去年同期相应的数据进行比较。结果门诊输液流程再造前后,护理差错及缺陷发生率分别为0.012%、0.002%,患者满意度分别为92.9%、97.9%,流程再造前后比较,均P<0.05,差异有统计意义。结论输液流程再造有利于减少护理安全隐患,保证护士执业安全和患者的安全。
Objective To design the reasonable work flow, standardize outpatient transfusion management, enhance the degree of satisfaction of patients and increase the nursing working efficiency. Methods The outpatient infusion management was reconstructed using the flow management thought and method. The nursing errors and flaws and the satisfaction degree were recorded and then compared with those at the same time the year before. Results The nursing errors and flaws before and after reconstruction occurred at 0.012% and 0.002% respectively, and the degrees of satisfaction were 92.9% and 97.9% respectively. The differences were significant between pre-and post-reconstruction (all P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The reconstruction of transfusion flow is good for the reduction of nursing risks and assurance of safety of nurses and patients.
