自适应调优专家系统和渐进的散布式优化策略

摘要 以某石化公司气体分离装置为研究对象,综合应用工艺机理分析模型、生产数据统计分析模型以及神经网络模型,总结归纳了现场装置的工艺知识和操作经验,开发了一个基于产生式规则的在线自适应调优专家系统。用渐进的散布式优化策略实施操作调整,取得了良好的效果。 An online optimization expert model and the empirical knowledge regarding out to manipulate different kinds of model to system is proposed based on the mathematical the objective process. Expert system is worked properly solve the problem which occurring in the process of optimization. A practical on-line adaptive optimization expert system prototype is established for liquefied hydrocarbon separation process. The test data indicates the proposed system performed properly under the guidance of a scattered evolutionary optimization strategy.
