摘要
采用两步法合成了[bmim]PF6离子液体,并用[bmim]PF6对纺织印染过程中含酚废水的环保处理进行研究,探讨了物料的相比、温度对萃取过程的影响。结果表明,[bmim]PF6离子液体与反应物含酚废水的相比为1∶2时,萃取效果最好;随着萃取次数的增加,萃取效率降低;萃取的最佳温度是25℃,反萃取的最佳温度是30℃;[bmim]PF6离子液体作为萃取剂可循环使用。
In this paper, [ bmim] PF6 ionic liquids synthesized by two-step method, was used for extracting phenols from waste water in textile industry. The effect of extraction temperature and phase ratio on extraction was discussed. The results showed that, phase ratio of [ bmim] PF6 ionic liquid and phenol wastewater compared to 1:2, the extraction was the best. The extraction efficiency was dependent on the frequency of extraction. The best temperature of extraction is 25 ℃, which of anti-extraction is 30 ℃ ; [bmim] PF6 ionic liquids as the extraction can be recycled.
