摘要
本文提出,从党在新时期的指导思想上看,坚持中国特色社会主义和坚持改革开放是同义语,没有社会主义的改革开放和没有改革开放的社会主义都是死路一条。要全面准确深刻领会党的十七大关于"改革开放是决定当代中国命运的关键抉择"这一重大论断,必须从改革开放是关系到当代中国举什么旗、走什么路的历史性选择,改革开放是应对时代挑战、激发社会主义生机活力的唯一选择,改革开放是在不断排除各种错误干扰中作出的正确选择,改革开放是应对新形势下利益格局的大调整、始终代表人民利益的有效选择等四个方面展开,从理论和实践的结合上阐发中国特色社会主义的强大生命力,进一步增强坚持改革开放的自觉性。
Adhering to the socialism with Chinese characteristics is the synonym of adhering to the reform and opening-up. Both the reform and opening-up without socialism and the socialism without reform and opening-up will lead to the road of destruction. We should look on it from four aspects： the reform and opening up is the historic choice about contemporary China＇s banner and road, is the only choice of resolving times challenges and inspiring socialist vital force and energy, is the right choice along the course of excluding constantly all kinds of mistaken disturbance, and is the effective choice of replying to the great adjustment of interests structure under the new conditions and representing people＇s interests all the time.
