摘要
本文主要介绍了基于复杂可编程逻辑器件(CPLD)的多线阵探测器驱动时序电路,该电路应用于可见-近红外光谱仪的开发。为了获取较高的系统信噪比,并覆盖较宽的光谱范围,本驱动电路使三个探测器具有协调的工作时序关系,且可分别调节各个探测器的积分时间。此驱动电路的特点有:对于线阵探测器驱动有一定的通用性;电路结构简单、体积小、调试方便;成本低、功耗低、可靠性高等。
A design method is introduced for a CPLD-based driver of multi linear sensors in a VIS-NIR spectrometric system. To achieve a good systematic signal to noise ration, and to cover the spectral bandwidth of VIS-NIR, this driver makes three sensors work in a cooperative order. Moreover, the integration time of each sensor can be tuned respectively. This driver is characterized by universality, simple framework, small size, easy debugging, low cost, low power consumption, and high reliability.
