面内弯矩下双弯头组合管件的极限载荷研究

摘要 针对压力管道中最常见的组合型谱(长径双弯头)构成的组合管件,采用有限元分析法,研究了其在面内弯矩作用下的力学特性,得到了长径双弯头组合管件的塑性极限弯矩,并给出工程估算式。结果表明,组合管件是一种既安全又方便的新型压力管道元件,现有管件的极限载荷估算公式不适用于组合管件,是偏危险的;通过计算结果拟合出适合于工程应用的长径双弯头组合管件的塑性极限弯矩的工程估算式精度足够。研究成果对于组合管件的工程设计与安全使用具有重要的参考价值。 The conception and the superiority of combined piping fittings are introduced.The FEM is used to investigate mechanical properties under in-plane bending moment for combined fittings of long radius double elbows.The stress distribution under the maximal service bending moment is presented.And the engineering estimated formula is fitted.The results show that the combined fittings are safe and convenient kinds of new pressure piping components.It is also found that such the existing estimation formula to plastic load limit of pipe is not applicable to combined fittings;the engineering estimated formula of combined fittings of long radius double elbows is developed and the accuracy of this formula is high enough.These results may provide important references for structural design and safety assessment of combined fittings.
