摘要 提出一种将容栅数显尺与智能手机无线连接组成轻便数据采集系统的方法,同时给出将容栅数显值转换为手机蓝牙信号的容栅—蓝牙接口方案。模拟测试结果表明,该系统可实现数显值的自动采集、处理与存储,具有体积小、重量轻、耗电低等优点,与PC机有线数据采集系统相比具有更大的推广应用价值。 A method that connects capacitive digital caliper,which is a very popular measurement tool with smartphone and composes portable data acquisition system is proposed in this paper, and Capacitive-Bluetooth interface scheme is discussed by which the digital data can be converted to bluetooth signal of the smartphone. The results of simulation tests show that: the system could realize automatic collection, processing and storage for digital data, at the same time this system has merits such as small size, light weight, low power consumption, and have greater value compared with PC data acquisition system.
