摘要
通过对涂层的形成原理及失效方式、耐腐蚀寿命、结合力、涂装施工工艺和防腐涂层维护5个方面进行对比,分析了油漆和电弧喷铝涂装方案的特点。针对荆岳大桥所处的腐蚀环境,指出在钢箱梁防腐蚀施工中,电弧喷铝比油漆重防腐方案具有更优秀的防腐蚀效果,进而说明电弧喷铝防腐涂装能够更广泛地应用到钢结构防腐施工中。
Compared with paint and arc-sprayed coating for anti-corrosion project in coating forming and invalidation, anticorrosion life, adhesion strength, operation technics of coating and maintenance for anti-corrosion coating, characteristic of anti-corrosion project was analyzed. According to the corrosion environment of Jinyue-bridge, this paper points out arc-sprayed Al coating have better anti-corrosion effect than painting on the anti-corrosion operation of steel trunk grider, thereby indicated the arc-sprayed anticorrosion coating would be widely used in steel structure operation.
