摘要
土石方平衡是开发建设项目水土保持方案的重点内容之一。通过土石方平衡,可减少开发建设项目弃渣的排放。以某市自来水厂项目为例,浅析了土石方平衡的节能减排效益。
Earthwork balance is the key contents in water and soil conservation plan for the development and construction project, it can reduce the discharge of the dregs. With a city waterworks project as an example, the assessment of the benefit for the earthwork balance on saving energy and reducing pollutants discharge is analyzed in the paper.
