摘要
企业的生产过程实际上是价值流动并增加的过程,运用价值流图析研究企业的价值流流动情况,并根据精益生产的原理,运用拉动和流动,使企业创造价值的各个步骤不间断地流动起来,使价值流进行最高效的运动,并且消除不必要的浪费,从而使企业的利润最大化.
The process of manufacturing is also the process of value-flowing and increasing. The Value Stream (VS) status of a factory can be learned through the value stream mapping. By using the “Pull” and “push” combined with the principle of Lean Production, the manufacturing processes could be arranged as a “flow” so that the VS flows with high proficiency and finally maximize the profit of the factory.
