摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定小儿惊风七厘散中黄芩苷的含量。方法:采用shim—packCLC—ODS色谱柱(6mm×150mm),流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(45:55:0.5),流速1.0mL/min,柱温40℃,进样量10μL,检测波长277nm。结果:黄芩苷在进样量0.01—0.07mg/mL范围内浓度与峰面积线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=1486379X-3748(r=0.9999,n=7),平均加样回收率为103.12%,RSD为1.76%。结论:本方法快速、简便、结果准确,可用于控制该制剂的质量。
Objective:To establish an high performance chromatography (HPLC) method to assay the concentration of baicalin in Xiao'er Jingfeng Qili San. Methods: Shim-pack CLC-ODS (6 mm × 150 mm) column and a mobile phase of methanol, water and glacial acetic acid (45: 55: O. 5) was used with the flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and the column temperature of 40 ℃. The detection wavelength was 277 nm. Results : There was a linear relationship within the range of 0.01 - 0.07 mg/mL and the regression equation was Y = 1486379X-3748 (r = 0.9999, n = 7). The recovery rate was 103.12% and RSD was 1.76%. Conclusions: This method is simple and accurate and able to control the quality of the preparation.
