摘要
提出了电感的多变量拟合方法,在拟合电感值与电抗器的内径、匝数、导线线径单变量关系的基础上,结合最小二乘法,求解出电感与这些变量之间的多变量关系。拟合的结果与有限元法计算结果一致,揭示了物理量间的内部规律,证明了该方法的有效性。基于其内部规律,结合拟合结果,应用序列二次规划法(SQP)对电抗器进行优化,提高了优化计算效率。对各型号产品进行系列拟合,方便电抗器设计人员设计和优化产品,缩短了生产周期。
The multivariate fitting method of inductanceScalculation is proposed, which is based on the single relationships between inductance value and inner radius, turns and diameter of wire, integrated with least square method. Via the method, the multivariate relationship between inductance value and these variables is solved. With the consistency of fitting results and calculation results with finite dement method, the inner law of physical parameters is revealed, and effectiveness of the proposed method is proved. Based on the fitting results and its inner law, the calculating efficiency in optimizing the reactor is increased via applying the sequential quadratic programming (SQP) method. With fitting the different type reactors, it is convenient to design and optimize air-core reactor and shorten the production cycle.
