摘要
目的研究六味能消胶囊对实验性高脂血症豚鼠血脂及血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。方法采用高脂饮食喂饲法建立豚鼠高脂血症模型,同时给予六味能消胶囊灌胃,连续30d;检测总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)及MDA含量和SOD活力。结果六味能消胶囊能显著降低高脂血症大鼠血中TC、TG、MDA水平,显著提高SOD活力。结论提示六味能消胶囊具有降脂和抗脂质过氧化作用。
Objective： To observe the effect of Liuweinengxiao Capsule on the blood fat, MDA and SOD of hyperlipoidemia cavia cobaya. Methods： The hyperlipoidemia eavia cobaya model was made by high fat diet. Then, the model eavia cobayas were given Liuweinengxiao Capsule gastric perfusion last for 30d. The TC, TG, MDA and SOD were determined. Results： The Liuweinengxiao Capsule decreased TC, TG, MDA, and increased the activity of SOD of hyperlipoidemia carla cobaya obviously. Conclusion： The Liuweinengxiao Capsule has the effects of lipid - lowering and anti lipid peroxidation.
