摘要
研究了考虑气候因素影响的电力系统可靠性原始参数选取问题。以可靠性参数已知的线路的可靠性影响因素序列为基准向量,以可靠性参数未知的线路的可靠性影响因素序列为待检向量,基于灰色关联和模糊数学理论,计算两向量之间的灰色关联度和模糊距离,并综合形成模糊差异度。根据长期统计所得的可靠性参数来正确选取新的工程应用中的可靠性参数。实例表明,用该方法获取可靠性的基本参数,比用单一灰色关联度或模糊距离获取可靠性参数更加趋于合理。
The selection of original reliability parameters is studied with consideration of climatic factor for power system. The reliability-affecting factors sequence of lines with known reliability parameters is adopted as the reference vector, and that with unknown reliability parameters is adopted as the vector to be seized. Based on grey relational and fuzzy mathematics theory, the grey relational degree and fuzzy distance between the two vectors are calculated and integrated as fuzzy difference degree. The reliability parameters applied to project are selected from the original reliability parameters obtained through long-term statistics. An instance demonstrates that the proposed method is more reasonable than the grey relational degree or fuzzy distance method used merely in the basic reliability parameter selection of power systems.
