摘要
通过单因素和正交实验,研究脉冲强光对金黄色葡萄球菌的杀菌效果,得出脉冲强光杀灭金黄色葡萄球菌的最佳参数组合。实验表明,脉冲强光对金黄色葡萄球菌具有明显杀菌效果,影响金黄色葡萄球菌致死率的因素主次顺序为:闪照次数、处理电压、透光率、菌液量。在闪照次数16次,处理电压3kV,透光率100,菌液量6mL的实验条件下,金黄色葡萄球菌的致死率为99%。
By single factor and orthogonal experiments, we researched the sterilization effect of pulsed-light for staphylococcus aureus, and got the best parameter assemble. The experiment reveals, pulsed-light on the staphylococcus aureus has obvious bactericidal effect, The sequence of these four factors influencing on sterilization rate are flash frequency, input voltage, the bacterium liquid transparency and the bacterium liquid quantity. Under the experiment condition of flash frequency 16, input voltage 3 kV, the bacterium liquid transparency 100 and the bacterium liquid quantity 6 mL, the fatality rate of Staphylococcus aureus is 99%.
