摘要
传统食品机械通常采用金属齿轮,而用复合材料代替金属材料制造齿轮可实现食品机械减轻自重、减振、降噪、耐磨、降低成本的目的。采用全新的方法,把具有自修复功能的新型复合材料应用到齿轮中,利用空心微纤维或微胶囊破裂后对周围材料的黏附性,将齿轮的疲劳点蚀裂纹等缺陷修复,弥补一般复合材料齿轮的不足,并提高齿轮工作能力和延长使用寿命。
Traditional food machinery normally uses metal gears, but using composite gears instead of metal ones helps food machinery reduce deadweight, vibration, noise, wear and lower costs. The paper uses a new method, that is, the new gear made of self-repair composite with micro- hollow fibers or micro-capsules which when broken can repair defects such as the fatigue cracks and pitting by the adhesion of the surrounding material, and this method can also make up the insufficiency of common composite gears, and enhance the gear's working ability and service life.
