摘要
用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)分析研究了不同氧化层结构的铀金属试样在CO(25℃)和H2(200℃)气氛中的表面反应。CO和H2与铀金属表层反应后,氧化物中氧含量均减少,O/U比值随气体进气量的增加而减少。CO对铀金属表面的还原效果随铀表层氧化程度的提高而增强,并且强于H2。当表层氧化物较少、氧化程度较低时,铀试样在H2气氛中发生氢化反应。
The surface reactions of different oxide layers on uranium with CO at 25℃ and H_2 at 200℃ have been studied by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) respectively. After CO and H_2 adsorption on the surface oxide layer, the content of oxygen in the surface oxide is decreased and O/U ratio decreases with increasing the exposure of gases to the surface layer. The effect of reduction on metal surface is more obviously with increasing of oxide layer thickness. But the influence of H_2 is less than CO.It may lead to the hydriding reaction of uranium in hydrogen atmosphere at 200℃ when the oxide layer thickness is decreased and uranium oxidation state is lower.
