摘要
目的:对最大心率与年龄、最大心率与心率贮备以及最大心率与有氧运动能力的关系等方面的认识和理论进行探讨与分析。方法:测定并分析了10名女大学生在递增负荷至力竭运动中的最大心率(HRmax)、心率贮备(HRR)、最大耗氧量(V.O2max)、耗氧量贮备(V.O2R)和无氧阈(.VO2AT)等指标。结果:按照公式"最大心率=220-年龄"计算的最大心率与实测最大心率有显著差异,实测心率贮备与估算心率贮备之间也有显著差异;最大心率与无氧阈、心率贮备与无氧阈、各运动负荷等级时的心率与耗氧量、%心率贮备与%耗氧量贮备之间均呈显著正相关。结论:按照公式"最大心率=220-年龄"计算的最大心率与心率贮备可能不够准确,最大心率可能与有氧耐力呈正相关。
This paper measured and analyzed 10 college female student's HRmax, HRR, VO2 max, VO2 R, VO2 AT and other parameters in maximal graded exercise test. Its main purpose was to discuss the relationships between HRmax and age, HRmax and HRR, HRR and aerobic capacity. The results showed a significant difference between HRmax and AHR- max(age-predicted maximal HR), HRR and AHRR, and a significant positive correlation between the following parameters: HRmax and VO2 AT, HRR and VO2 AT, HR and VO2, % HRR and %VO2 R. It concludes that the HRmax and HRR calculated from the formula “HR-max= 220-age”may be not exactly accurate, and HRrnax may be positively correlated with aerobic capacity.
