TVT手术治疗压力性尿失禁25例临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 目的：探讨应用经阴道无张力尿道悬吊带（Tension-free vaginal tape，TVT）治疗女性压力性尿失禁的临床效果和常见并发症。方法：选择25例女性压力性尿失禁患者，利用弧形Trocar穿刺针将TVT从阴道前壁切口放置于尿道中段下方，术后24h拔除导尿管自行排尿。结果：全部患者随访6～24个月，平均14．6个月。22例治愈，2例有效，1例尿失禁复发。术后4例出现手术并发症，发生率为16％，其中手术中发生膀胱穿刺损伤3例，经膀胱尿道镜检查及时发现，退针重新穿刺，术后延长导尿管留置时间5～7d后膀胱穿刺损伤部位自愈。耻骨后血肿1例，经保守治疗后康复。结论：TVT治疗女性压力性尿失禁的疗效满意，手术简单，安全可靠，无严再并发症。 Objective： To assess the effects after the tension-free vaginal tape （TVT） procedure in women with stress urinary incontience. Methods： Twenty five patients with stress urinary incontinence underwent the TVT procedure. Results： The patients have been followed up for 6-24 months. All but one are effective. Conclusion： Our resuhs demonstrate that the TVT procedure is a safe and effective method for the treatment of stress incontinence in the female patient .
