介绍了CSP铸机结晶器振动从机械振动改造为液压振动后的应用效果,相对于铸速的振动速度、频率、幅值曲线的形成,生产过程中自动进行曲线的适应选择,以及对核心参数的计算和控制。
This paper introduces the applied effect of Hydraulic Mould Oscillation (HMO) system of the CSP caster modemized from mechanical oscillation; the creation of oscillation speed, frequency, curves related to the casting speed;how to select curve and operate, and how to calculate and control the parameters.
