摘要 用微波消解火焰原子吸收光谱法(FAAS法)测定产地为黔东南林区台江县的"苗疆"牌原生态金秋梨中微量元素铜、铬的含量,并讨论了这两种元素在人体内的生理功能. The study was conducted to detect the trace Copper and Chromium content in aborig- inal ecological "miao jiang" brand ‘JinQiu’ pear, that produced from TaiJiang of Southeastern Guizhou Forestry Regin , These samples were microwave digested, These elements were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The Physiological Function of these elements was introduced in this article.
