摘要
上海胜辛南路钢管混凝土系杆拱桥为三拱、中承式结构,桥总宽40m,中跨计算跨径156m,矢高31.2m。分析了该桥的结构特点和施工技术难点,总结了主桥上部结构的施工控制方法,论述了体外预应力束张拉控制过程,分析了拱座附近混凝土拱肋的裂缝成因。应用结构分析软件对关键工序施工过程进行了建模分析,以控制施工方案,将计算值与施工监测数据进行比较,计算值与实测值相符,施工控制方法有效。
The steel-piped concrete bowstring arch bridge on Shengxin Rd (S), Shanghai, is of the three-arch half-through type, with the total width of 40 m, the mid span of 156 m for calculation and the rise of 31.2 m. Analysis is made of the structural features and tough points in construction of the bridge, with a summary of the control over construction of the superstructure, and a description of the control over the process of tensioning the external prestress tendons. The cause for cracks in the concrete arch rib near the arch seat is also analyzed, and the structural analytical software is used for the modeling analysis of the key steps of construction. A comparison of the data from calculation with that from construction monitoring shows the two values are consistent, indicating the construction control is effective.
