摘要
随着完全学分制的逐渐实施和校园网络进宿舍,学生学习的分散性、流动性加大,学生的活动大多在宿舍中进行,于是,学生宿舍成为思想政治教育的重要阵地。高校宿舍学生思想政治教育是一个系统工程,要增强其实效性的关键是找准做好思想政治教育的基本切入点。高校宿舍学生思想政治教育的基本切入点应是以育人为本,其重要内容是对学生进行集体主义教育和成才教育,其保障是抓好高校宿舍学生思想政治教育的队伍、制度和宿舍文化三个建设。
Along with the gradual implementation and perfection of complete credit system, the dispersion and the mobility of students＇ study have enlarged. Because student＇s activity mostly carries in hostels, the hostels have become an important place of ideological and political education. The ideological and political education of university hostels is a system engineering, the key to enhance its effectiveness is to find the basic breakthrough points. The basic breakthrough points are taking teaching man as the first and its importent contents are to carry on collectivist education and the education to be talents. The implementation of the assurnce is three constructions of the ideological and political education of university hostels： political educational troops, systems and hotels culture.
