摘要
针对全位置焊时,由于熔池金属的表面张力不能够抵抗熔池金属重力的作用,易发生咬边、焊瘤等缺陷,通过采用双脉冲MAG焊技术进行横焊工艺的研究。结果表明,通过控制对焊接熔池的热输入来控制熔池的凝固过程,可以控制由于重力引起的熔池金属下淌,从而可以有效的控制焊缝成型。
Since the surface tension of molten metal can not resist the molten pool gravity during the process of horizontal position fusion welding, it is easy to cause these defects such as undercut and overlap. The horizontal position fusion welding technology is studied by double-pulse MAG welding process. The results show that the download flow caused by gravity can be controlled by controlling thermal input into the molten pool, thus realize the control of welding seam.
