摘要
目的:比较人牙周膜细胞在钛酸碱处理表面和钛类骨磷灰石表面的分布、功能和细胞周期,明确钛表面对细胞生理活动的影响。方法:人牙周膜细胞原代培养,将第4代人牙周膜细胞分别接种于酸碱处理和类骨磷灰石处理的2种钛表面培养,检测其形态、增殖情况、碱性磷酸酶活性、细胞周期等。结果:人牙周膜细胞在2种粗糙的钛表面增殖曲线相似,细胞增殖指数接近,都有成骨功能表现,其中类骨磷灰石组尤其明显。结论:钛表面成分影响细胞功能,富含PO43-、Ca2+的表面可增强人牙周膜细胞矿化功能。
Objective: To study the function and cell cycle of human's periodontal ligament cells cultured on acidalkali base titanium surface and carbonated hydroxyapatite titanium surface. Methods: Human's periodontal ligament cells were cultured on the two surfaces mentioned above. Expression of alkaline phosphatase (ALP) was tested by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. The cell apoptosis and proliferation ability were examined by flow cytometry. Results: No differences of the proliferation of the humang periodontal ligament cells on two kinds of surface were observed. But on the carbonated hydroxyapatite group, the expression of alkaline phosphatase of the hu- mang periodontal ligament cells was relative higher than those in another group. Conclusion: The elements on the titanium surface influence the cell function and mineralization function of human's periodontal ligament cells.
