摘要
磁流体密封是一种动件和静件没有直接接触的非接触式密封,该密封是由环形永磁体和旋转轴组成。在磁极和旋转轴之间的间隙内注入磁流体,由永磁体和旋转轴构成的磁路使磁流体被牢牢地吸在间隙中,形成磁流体的"O"型环,阻止磁流体泄漏和散失,防止运转部件产生磨屑微粒污染环境。以此技术设计制造了极低磨损微粒排放的磁流体转动密封件,并研制以磁流体转动密封件为关键部件的滚动轴承微粒排放测试装置,有效地解决了运转过程中的滚动轴承磨损微粒排放的测定问题。测定的平均值为125颗/m3,达到ISO14644-1洁净室及洁净区空气中悬浮粒子洁净度等级标准的4级。
Magnetic fluid sealing is a contactless sealing between dynamic and static pieces, the sealing part is composed by the ring permanent magnet and rotation axis. The space between permanent magnet and rotation axis is filled with magnetic liquid, which is absorbed firmly. The O-rings magnetic fluid prevents the dissipation of magnetic fluid leakage and prevents a functioning components wear debris particles to pollute the environment. The design and manufacturing technology can effictively reduce particulate emissions from the rotating magnetic fluid seal. The particulate emissions testing device is developed to effectively solve the cleanliness measurement of the operating thrust ball bearings.
