新型双开孔催化元件的研究

摘要 探讨了可燃气体催化传感器的反应机理及应用范围。研究了黑白、黑黑单开孔、新型双开孔黑黑3种不同催化元件的制备方法及存在问题。用传感器性能自动测试仪、配对仪分别对3种元件的灵敏度、零点的变化、线性和电流配比情况等进行检测。实验表明,新型双开孔催化元件配对率较高,灵敏度、零点的变化和线性等性能优于其它2种元件,是目前综合性能最为优异的催化元件。 The reaction mechanism and the scope of application of catalytic combustible gas sensor were introduced. Preparation methods of three kinds of catalytic components preparation methods were studied. The performance of the componments were tested with the sensor performance automatic tester. Experiments show that the new double - opening catalytic components have high matching rate and excellent performance which is better than that of the other two kinds of components.
