摘要
运用粗糙集理论为薄膜蒸发器工况分析提供了一种新的途径。针对薄膜蒸发器工况预警判断条件的冗余、不完全性和不确定性的不利影响,运用粗糙集理论中不可分辨关系、可辨识矩阵和最大正域3种方法对薄膜蒸发器工况预警分析。结果表明导热油温度、进料温度、真空度是影响薄膜蒸发器工况的重要特征参数,从而得到更为简明的最优工况预警规则。
A new approach of analysis for the operating condition of thin-film evaporator using rough set theory was provided in this article. In order to avoid the redundancy, imperfection and indeterminacy in the alarm judgment of thin-film evaporator, three charac- teristics existed in rough set, indiscernibility, discernibility matrix and maximum positive field, were employed to carry out the alarm analysis for the evaporator. The result has shown that heating oils temperature, charging temperature and the vacuum level are the important parameters which will affect the operation of thin-film evaporator. Hence, the optimal simplified alarm rules for the operating con- dition have been established.
