摘要
在提高液压系统本身的工作性能和功能的前提下,小型注塑机液压系统的优化设计更能满足加工工艺要求,保证注塑机的功能发挥,具有广泛的适应性。通过对小型注塑机液压系统的设计研究,分析了优化后的液压系统性能,对注塑类零件加工质量的提高具有重要的现实意义。
Optimization design of hydraulic system for small-sized injection molding machine is better in line with processing technology, and ensures the function of injection molding machines.Therefore it has a widespread adaptability. In light of the research into the design of hydraulic system of small-sized injection machine, article analyzes the performance of optimized hydraulic system, which is of great practical significance for the quality improvement of processing parts for injection molding machines.
