摘要
全球化条件下,应对未来多样化的军事任务,仅仅依靠部队的战备物资储备是远远不能满足任务需要的,必须依靠国家的力量,将各种社会资源结合起来,形成大的储备网络。因此建立军民结合的物资储备体系是未来战备物资储备的主要发展思路。文章从必然性、可行性,以及建立军民结合的军用物资储备体系应注意的问题等三个方面进行了论证。
