摘要 通过氯化锌浸渍微波辐射法制备了活性污泥吸附剂,探讨了制备过程中制备条件对污泥吸附剂吸附性能的影响,通过单因素实验和正交实验确定了制备污泥吸附剂的适宜条件为:污泥炭的最佳制备条件是微波功率595W,辐照时间4.0min,氯化锌溶液浓度40%。从而为污泥的资源化提供了一条高效、经济的新途径。 By means of maceration-wave ,author added ZnCl2 to the sewage sludge, to produce a new absorbent, which adsorbing ability was discussed by the adsorbing capability to I2 and methylene blue with single factor and multifactor experiment. The result showed that the optimal absorbent manufacture process were based on the following conditions: the power of microwave was 595W, the time of radicalization was 4min, and the solution concentration of ZnCl2 was 40% ,This method had provided a new high effect and economical way to make sewage sludge as a resource.
